
Sometimes you want to scream.So looooooooooooooud that you cant hear your own thoughts.And keeping your eyes closed while you do this makes it a worhtwhile performance.Just say 'i cant take it anymore' and practise this once in a while.Good for your mental health :D
Anywhere anytime-*conditions applied.Free spaces where no one disturbs you are my favourites.I am about to try it once near the lake while people are meditating early in morning.Would be a good break for them :))

spare the people meditating and go to a cricket match wen sachin is batting if u wanna scream aloud...no one will have any probs and u will also b happy :)

hahahhaha...or else join the 'laughter therapy' group in the morning...they also scream out quite loud :P
